Experience Requirements

5+ years of professional backend development experience
Proven track record working with Python in production environments

Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Frameworks:
Django and FastAPI
Databases:
Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases
Authentication:
Experience integrating and developing headless authentication systems

Design & Architecture Knowledge (Must-Have)

Proficient in industry-standard design patterns including:

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Data Transfer Object (DTO)
Singleton pattern
Repository pattern
SOLID principles

Understanding of microservice architecture

Additional Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Message broker experience: Kafka, RabbitMQ
Containerization: Docker

Soft Skills & Work Style

Strong commitment to code quality and performance optimization
