As a Python and PySpark expert with experience in AWS, GIS, and Palantir Foundry, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing data-processing, orchestration, and monitoring systems. Your expertise in these technologies will be utilized to collaborate with product and technology teams in designing and validating data platform capabilities. Your role will also involve identifying, designing, and implementing process improvements, providing technical support to platform users, and establishing metrics and monitoring mechanisms for production services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance data-processing, orchestration, and monitoring using open-source software, AWS, and GitLab automation. - Collaborate with product and technology teams to design and validate data platform capabilities. - Identify, design, and implement process improvements. - Provide technical support to platform users. - Drive the creation of metrics and monitoring mechanisms for production services. Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of experience in Python Programming and PySpark queries. - Experience in AWS, GIS, and Palantir Foundry. - Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines in a distributed environment. - Proficiency in a Linux environment. - At least 4 years of advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, and PySpark. - Knowledge of Palantir. - Experience with tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Code Build, Code Pipeline, and platform monitoring tools.,
