Python Fullstack + Gen AI Developer

You are being hired for the role of Python Fullstack + Gen AI Developer at Coforge. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end applications and services that integrate LLMs, agents, tools, and user interfaces - ensuring performance, scalability, and usability. - Bridging the gap between AI models and user interaction layers, making GenAI and agentic systems function in production environments. - Integrating with frontend & user interfaces. - Handling data & Tool integration of agents. - Demonstrating strong full stack development skills in Python with focus on OOP concepts, including frameworks like Django, Flask, and FastAPI. - Having good experience with MySQL - designing the database schema, writing queries, etc. - Working with HTML, CSS. - Using Git and working with CI/CD toolchains. - Experience with testing frameworks like pytest, unit test. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and solutioning complex problems. - Drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and easy to maintain software solutions. - Possessing solid analytical skills with the ability to refine strategic, technical roadmaps and synthesizing to make improvements and recommendations. - Leading complex, cross-functional projects involving technology and business resources. - Continuously driving results, displaying a high level of confidence, inspiring and motivating team performance. - Architecting, designing, reviewing, and documenting high-level and detail solutions. - Providing hands-on support in implementing critical components across the entire stack, from front-end, middle-tier, back-end, infrastructure, and data stores to automate and scale. - Building large scale platforms that deal real-time complex transactions, and ability to troubleshoot distributed systems. - Having knowledge of core cloud services and serverless approaches, and infrastructure as a code. - Working closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements.,
