Python Developer

As an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in the Frappe Framework, you will be joining our growing team in Kolkata (Onsite) on a Full Time basis within the Technical department. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing custom app development using the Frappe Framework. - Working on DocTypes, custom apps, workflows, and API integrations within Frappe. - Developing and maintaining robust back-end components using Python (Flask/Django). - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Optimizing system performance and troubleshooting production issues. - Building, maintaining, and documenting RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations. - Managing databases (PostgreSQL/Redis), performing schema design, and ensuring data consistency. - Writing clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices. Key Qualifications for this role include: - 5+ years of software development experience. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Frappe Framework (Mandatory). - Strong proficiency in Python (Flask or Django). - Frontend skills: JavaScript, React.js. - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis. - Proven experience with REST API design and development. - Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities. Additionally, familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu server environments and deployment, experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows, exposure to Docker or containerized development environments, and an understanding of business processes and ERP workflows are considered good-to-have skills for this position.,
