Python Backend Trainee Engineer

As a Python Backend Developer Fresher at our organization, you will play a crucial role in assisting our development team in building and maintaining server-side logic. Your responsibilities will include writing clean and scalable backend code using Python, developing RESTful APIs and web services, integrating front-end elements, working with databases for data storage, and managing Linux-based environments using Docker containers. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, testers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with front-end requirements. Participation in code reviews, debugging, and testing will be key aspects of your role, along with maintaining clear documentation for systems and processes. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Python and object-oriented programming, familiarity with frameworks like Flask or Django, and basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience working in Linux environments, understanding of Docker and containerization, and proficiency in Git and version control practices are also required. Additionally, exposure to cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, security best practices, and academic or personal projects demonstrating backend development would be advantageous. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is essential for this position.
