Python Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Architect to design, develop, and scale highperformance applications capable of handling millions of daily transactions. You will play a key role in setting technical direction, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• • Architect, design, and develop applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
• • Build and optimize highvolume, distributed systems handling 1M+ transactions per day.
• • Lead database architecture using PostgreSQL and MongoDB for structured and unstructured data.
• • Implement and monitor application performance using APM tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace).
• • Ensure application security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and secure coding.
• • Define and enforce QA standards, including unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing frameworks.
• • Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and efficient release cycles.
• • Mentor development teams on best practices, design patterns, and scalability strategies.
• • Collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams to align architecture with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• • 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
• • Proven hands-on experience with Django and Flask frameworks.
• • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database design and optimization.
• • Track record of designing and supporting hightransaction, missioncritical systems.
• • Experience with APM tools (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics, Datadog).
• • Strong understanding of application security, vulnerability scanning, and mitigation.
• • Solid experience with unit testing, test automation, and QA practices.
• • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to Have

• • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• • Experience with message queues and streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• • Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or big data architectures.
