Our remote-first team leverages data-driven hiring workflows to streamline talent acquisition and deliver best-in-class candidate experiences. Role & Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for tech and non-tech roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS-integrated channels. Manage job postings, update pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracy within the applicant tracking system. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Execute targeted outreach campaigns and craft engaging employer-brand content to boost applicant quality. Track and report recruitment metrics time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance to support process optimisation. Support campus drives, virtual hiring events, and diversity hiring initiatives alongside HR leadership. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Foundational knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media hiring. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a remote environment. Preferred Experience with any ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.). Ability to build boolean search strings and talent maps. Exposure to employer branding or campus hiring campaigns.
