To be successful in this role, you should have experience in assisting with surgical procedures and preparing operating rooms, as well as sterilization and management of surgical instruments. A strong understanding of safety and hygiene standards is essential, along with excellent organizational and time-management skills. You should be able to work effectively as part of a medical team, demonstrating high attention to detail and accuracy. Candidates with a certification or diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field are preferred. Previous experience in an OT setting would be advantageous.
