Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Assistant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Import Assistant will handle day-to-day import operations, including managing customs brokerage, liaising with international trade partners, and facilitating the import-export process. The role also involves maintaining import records, coordinating with shipping companies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications Customs Brokerage and Import knowledge Communication and International Trade skills Experience in Import Export processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in relevant software and tools Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the machinery industry is a plus
