Role & responsibilities Implement and monitor hospital-wide infection prevention and control policies. Conduct regular infection surveillance and audits in clinical areas. Investigate and report healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Train hospital staff on standard precautions, PPE usage, and hygiene protocols. Ensure compliance with NABH infection control standards. Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and biomedical waste practices. Coordinate with infection control committees and support internal/external audits. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of experience as an Infection Control Nurse in a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and HAI prevention. Effective communication and training skills. Exposure to NABH accreditation process is a plus. Certification in Infection Control (CIC).
Role & responsibilities Plan, develop, and deliver nursing education programs, workshops, and training sessions. Conduct orientation programs for new nursing staff and interns. Collaborate with clinical departments to identify training needs and skill gaps. Ensure compliance with NABH and other clinical accreditation standards through education. Maintain and update nursing education materials and curriculum. Organize and lead simulation-based clinical training sessions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes. Provide support for continuing education and professional development of nurses. Preferred candidate profile 3-8 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a training or education role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and clinical instruction methods. Experience with NABH tstandards and nurse training documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Certified in BLS/ACLS and other clinical competencies is a plus.
