Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Inch at NephroPlus, located in Cuddapah. The Quality Inch will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols, and maintaining accurate records of all quality-related activities. Daily tasks will include analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating with other team members to implement quality enhancement measures. Qualifications Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance evaluation Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure compliance with standards Experience in Quality Auditing and implementing quality protocols Effective Communication skills for coordination with team members Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience in healthcare or dialysis centers is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Quality Management or Healthcare Administration
