Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in the US Healthcare voice process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient or client inquiries, and providing support related to healthcare services including insurance, claims, eligibility, billing, and appointments. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from US-based patients, providers, and insurance companies. Assist customers with inquiries related to claims processing, billing issues, eligibility verification, and authorization status. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each interaction in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team lead. Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Required Skills and Qualifications : 1–3 years of experience in a US voice process Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral US accent. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work during US business hours (Night Shift in India). Experience with tools like Athena, EPIC, Cerner, or similar platforms is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : Graduation in any stream; a background in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, or B.Sc (Biology) is an advantage.
