Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Company: Purvanchal Projects Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to join our high-performing team at Purvanchal Skyline Vista , Sector-94, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling luxury commercial spaces to high-end clients, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with channel partners and investors. Key Responsibilities Drive the sales of premium commercial properties and meet or exceed sales targets Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings Develop and manage strong relationships with individual clients and institutional investors Identify and engage with RERA-registered real estate channel partners Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to enhance lead conversions Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings Requirements (Applications will be accepted only from candidates who have prior experience in commercial real estate and have worked with a real estate developer.)
