Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a optical Sales Department professional. The responsibilities will include actively engaging with clients to promote the center's services, managing sales inquiries, and building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and partners. The role also involves providing top-notch customer service, conducting sales and product training, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, patients, and colleagues. Experience in customer service and relationship management to handle patient needs and ensure satisfaction. Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques, with prior experience in sales or business development preferred. Ability to provide structured sales training and support team development. Experience in sales management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the healthcare or eye care industry is an added advantage. Educational background in marketing, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
