Job description: Core Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user clients and trade partners. Understand client-specific needs and recommend appropriate electrical product solutions. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure alignment with sales targets. Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate in the creation of marketing campaigns and strategic sales initiatives. Report regularly on client interactions, sales progress, and market intelligence. Product Portfolio Includes: Electrical Control Panels Industrial Switchgear Circuit Breakers Power Distribution Units (PDUs) Motors and Drives Electrical Enclosures Lighting Fixtures & Accessories Wiring Devices Industrial Automation Equipment Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering. Experience in sales/account management in the industrial electrical sector. Strong product and market knowledge with familiarity in electrical standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Analytical, target-driven, and self-motivated.
