Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in PAN India for a Solar Maintenance Technician. The Solar Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on solar power systems installed at our customer end. The role also involves maintenance & repair, AMC tasks and ensuring that all industrial maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and safely. Qualifications Skills in Solar Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and on-site in PAN India Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering Experience in the solar or electrical industry is a plus
