Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum and foster a love of learning. Create a positive, engaging, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and self-expression. Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing daily updates and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all school policies and licensing requirements. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Working Experience. Solid understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Working Hours: Working hours will be of 5-6 hours from MONDAY-SATURDAY.
