Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
