I would not recommend Purnartha to anyone for investing. They follow trial and error mechanism and have given less then 8% returns. Once they take the fees they don’t even recognise you forget about any customer service.

Service is pathetic. Difficult to reach out and they don't bother. Your money is locked so it's not like you are going anywhere if they don't respond on time. No one is interested in continuing the customer relationship despite customer reach out.

Very poor recommendations and performance. No followups at all. No process for any changes if you request during your contract period. Team is always changing. I guess they will only if you have larger ticket size.
