Description
The Procurement Support Specialist position at UST involves partnering with stakeholders to support all purchase requisitions and collaborating with the Procurement Assistance Center, Buyers, and Commodity Business Managers (CBM) to assist with stakeholder requests. This role requires working with CBMs, Buyers, and Stakeholders to gather RFX requirements, managing and maintaining RFX templates with the extended team, and tracking and maintaining PR records. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the tracker and publishing monthly turnaround times for the PR submission process, as well as identifying recurring transactions. You will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with proven experience in a procurement support role. Proficiency in procurement processes and systems, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with RFX processes and templates are also required.
