Job Summary

We are seeking a Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of electronics to manage the procurement of electronic and electrical components essential to our solar product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of electronic and electrical components, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies for electronic components and materials used in solar systems.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable domestic and international suppliers.
• Technical Evaluation: Collaborate with engineering teams to understand component specifications and ensure the right quality and compatibility.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery timelines, and payment terms to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Compliance: Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and generate regular procurement reports.
• Cost Optimization: Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Market Research: Keep up to date with trends in the electronics and solar industry, including new components, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
• Requirements Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchase management, preferably in the solar, electronics, or renewable energy industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
