Job Description

Plan and execute purchase requirements for dairy plant operations (milk cans, packaging material, spare parts, uniforms, cleaning agents, etc.).
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms of quality, price, and delivery.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with stores, accounts, transport, and production teams for timely material availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
Track and control purchase expenses to meet budget targets.
Resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Prepare and submit periodic purchase reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
