1) Client Company : Chemical Industry 2) Position : Purchase Executive 3) Experience Required: 2 - 3 Years 4) Salary Negotiable : 25000 - 30000 PM 5) Job Location : Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 6) Job Description : Key Responsibilities Procurement of Raw Materials : Source and purchase chemicals and raw materials from local and international suppliers while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Vendor Management : Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms of service. Inventory Coordination : Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Cost Optimization : Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documents; ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., REACH, RoHS, MSDS, etc.). Logistics Coordination : Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely delivery and storage of materials. Quality Assurance Support : Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure that purchased materials meet required specifications.
