Job Description

About the job: Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost savings. Process purchase orders and track deliveries to meet operational needs. Maintain updated records of purchased items, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements. Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, or delivery delays. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
