Purchase Executive (Real Estate Only)

Job Title: Executive

Location: Ludhiana

Experience Required: 3 Years +

ROLE OUTLINE: Responsible for executing and completing procurement requirements as per the set processes, evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence to quality standards as per the user demands. Ensure adequate stock levels at all times. Support and coordinate with the various departments.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Handle daily routine and small project purchases related to interiors, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works for real estate projects and corporate offices.
• Manage routine scrap sales and disposal processes.
• Coordinate scrap sales of plant residuals and surplus materials.
• Oversee demolition-related activities including daily follow-up on payments, documentation, record maintenance, and reporting.
• Manage disposal and sale of old machinery spares, electrical items, MFA, and other surplus assets including comparison, follow-up, execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate signing and processing of Purchase Orders, comparative statements, and record notes as per Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Prepare capital purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up for material delivery, payments, and proper record-keeping.
• Prepare and manage orders for AMC contracts and petty purchase requirements.
• Handle inter-unit material transfers along with proper documentation and records.
• Conduct comparisons and place orders for low-value CAPEX items.
• Manage ongoing disposal processes for obsolete or non-moving inventory.
• Coordinate transportation-related activities for material movement and deliveries.
