Summary:
Manage the purchase of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials for high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take material requirements from the MEP team.
• Find suppliers, collect quotes, and compare prices.
• Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with site teams, stores, and vendors.
• Maintain clear purchase records.
• Ensure all materials meet project specifications.

Experience Required:

• 3–7 years in MEP purchasing for high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials and market rates.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
