Key Responsibilities
Assist in vendor sourcing, comparison, and selection for construction materials, facility items, and services.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), maintain order trackers, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements and obtain approval before placing orders.
Maintain proper documentation like quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and ensure vendor billing accuracy.
Track material consumption, stock levels, and support inventory reconciliation with store/site teams.
Assist in negotiating rates, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and documentation checks (GST, PAN, license, etc.).
Follow up with the accounts team for timely vendor payments.
Support the Purchase Manager in preparing MIS reports, vendor performance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
Raise material shortage alerts, coordinate delays, and escalate issues when needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
