It has its head office in Odisha and branch in Jorhat, Assam and Lucknow, UP. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Store Helper. Responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, providing support during retail sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Store Helper will collaborate with the team to manage stock, assist with product displays, and provide training or guidance to new team members as needed. Qualifications Good communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with patrons and address their needs Experience or ability in retail sales, with a focus on promoting and handling craft products Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain efficient store operations. Capacity to assist in training and guiding new staff where necessary Friendly and approachable demeanor with attention to detail Familiarity with cultural or artisanal products is an advantage
