About the Role : The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in budgeting, auditing, and statutory processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Tally accounting software to maintain financial health and transparency of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting entries including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and maintain financial statements, invoices, and bank reconciliations. Manage vendor payments, customer billing, and follow-up for outstanding dues. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and timely filing of returns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. Process employee reimbursements, payroll entries, and other financial transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to support business decisions with financial insights. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / preferred). 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
