Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Designer, located in Karnataka, India. The Retail Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing retail spaces, developing retail design concepts, and conducting space planning to optimize customer flow and functionality. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support branding and visual merchandising plans, as well as integrating graphic and interior design elements to ensure a cohesive retail experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Space Innovation Experience in Space Planning and optimizing layouts for retail environments Strong skills in Interior Design, with attention to detail and creativity Proficiency in Graphic Design and visual aesthetics Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams Experience with design software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Knowledge of the retail industry trends and market dynamics is a plus
