Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve PMP troubleshooting issues through tickets, improving pacing for PMPs Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as the Platform Solutions team) as needed to aid in troubleshooting Resolve tickets after PMP troubleshooting issues are resolved Pull reports from our DSP Life, analyze the data, and use that to inform PMP pacing recommendations to improve pacing of PMPs and help us solve some PMP troubleshooting Required Qualifications: 1-4 years of programmatic trading experience hands-on-keyboard in DSPs at an ad agency or adtech company Minimum 1 year of experience running and troubleshooting PMP deals in DSPs Experience pulling reports from DSPs, analyzing the data, and using it to inform pacing recommendations and troubleshooting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Willing and able to work 4pm-1am IST (6:30am-3:30pm ET U.S. hours), you can work remotely Preferred Qualifications: Client-facing experience SQL experience Pharma experience
