Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to drive growth. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's reach and market presence. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience with hospital management software and healthcare financing is a plus
