This role is at the heart of what we do – creating safe, engaging, and transformative experiences for students. As a Lead Facilitator, your primary responsibility will be to bring our modules to life in classrooms through interactive and immersive facilitation. You will also be instrumental in building strong student relationships, mentoring facilitators, and managing clients to ensure the quality delivery of our curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Facilitation & Student Engagement Lead classroom sessions with confidence and clarity, creating inclusive and open environments. Understand student needs, build comfort, and create safe spaces for learning and exploration. Ensure each session reflects the values and learning objectives of Pulp’s curriculum. Training & Client Management Train educators and stakeholders from partner organisations to effectively deliver Pulp modules. Act as the point of contact for select clients, ensuring smooth communication and programme quality. Support clients through feedback cycles, classroom management guidance, and curriculum queries. Experience Design Contribute to the creation and refinement of experiential modules that align with real-life student experiences. Translate abstract learning goals into hands-on activities and simulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with curriculum designers, strategists, and the outreach team to maintain quality and impact. Provide feedback to enhance programme delivery and design.
