Pujara Financial Services is looking for a smart and responsible Office Executive cum Telecaller (Female) to manage client communication, digital marketing leads, renewals, and daily office activities. The candidate should be confident, polite, and organized — capable of handling both telecalling and office coordination tasks. Responsibilities : Handle leads generated from digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) and follow up for conversions. Make renewal calls to existing clients and ensure timely policy renewal. Attend walk-in clients at the Morbi office and assist them with policy-related queries and quotations. Visit nearby client locations or insurance offices when required for document collection or coordination. Maintain client data, follow-up reports, and records accurately. Assist in quotation preparation, policy issuance, and claim documentation. Handle daily office operations, coordination, and customer service.
