Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers through market research, evaluate their capabilities, and establish long-term relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to secure the best possible deals for the organization.
• Order Management: Create and process purchase orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Inventory Control: Collaborate with inventory management teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations, and prepare reports on purchasing activities and budget management.
