Public Relations Officer

As a Customer Relations Manager at our showroom, your role will involve managing customer relations, maintaining the showroom's reputation, coordinating PR activities, and ensuring a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally - Maintain strong relations with VIP clients and influencers - Handle customer feedback and resolve issues - Plan and support showroom events, promotions, and campaigns - Manage local PR activities and brand visibility initiatives - Prepare basic communication materials and maintain client database Qualifications Required: - Graduate in PR/Marketing/Communication or related field - 3 years of experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality roles At our company, we value excellent communication and presentation skills, a pleasant personality with a customer service mindset, the ability to manage events and handle public dealings, and knowledge of the retail/jewellery sector is preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work location is in person.
