As an Assistant Manager (PR) at a Public Relations agency in Delhi with 3-4 years of experience, your role will involve managing and overseeing day-to-day client operations. You will be responsible for creating and implementing communication plans for clients and managing relationships with the target media on a regular basis. Your duties will include supervising media interactions, preparing Press Releases, and authored articles. Additionally, you will explore proactive media opportunities for client participation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee day-to-day client operations - Create and implement communication plans for clients - Manage relationships with the target media regularly - Supervise media interactions - Preparing Press Releases, Authored articles - Explore proactive media opportunities for client participation In terms of client management, you will assist the team manager in preparing quarterly plans and reviews. You will also be involved in planning and executing all client activities as per the monthly plans. Your role will include coordinating with the client on all activities to ensure smooth execution. You will use a variety of channels such as TV, press, and internet to maximize client exposure. Your tasks will involve preparing pitch notes relevant to clients, media briefing documents before all client-media interactions, and keeping track of the media activity relevant to the client's competition/sector.
