PTW OPERATOR (pull through welding machine)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable PTW Machine Operator to join our structural fabrication team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating Pull Through Welding machines used in the manufacturing of PEB structures and steel components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine for automatic welding of structural members (beams and columns)
• Set up and align components as per the welding sequence
• Monitor welding quality and ensure continuous production flow
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the PTW machine
• Coordinate with fabrication and quality control teams
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a PTW (Pull Through Welding) machine
• Basic knowledge of welding parameters and machine settings
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or relevant trade
• Or equivalent hands-on experience in PEB/structural fabrication
