Job Description: Field Sales Representative (Contract) Company: PTK Group Location: Field Work (On-Ground) – Mumbai Region Employment Type: Contract / Performance-Based About the Role PTK Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives (Contract) to expand our on-ground presence and drive direct sales for our brand. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and comfortable representing the company in field environments while interacting with potential customers. Key Responsibilities • Conduct on-field sales visits to generate leads and convert prospects to clients • Present and promote PTK Group’s services/products to customers with clarity and confidence • Maintain a professional brand representation at all times • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned • Track customer interactions, maintain sales records, and share daily/weekly reports with the Sales Lead • Participate in field campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations when required Skills & Requirements ✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills ✔ Sales-driven with a positive attitude and persuasive approach ✔ Comfortable working on the field (outdoor work) ✔ Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships ✔ Self-motivated & able to work independently with minimal supervision Eligibility • Minimum Education: HSC / Graduate (Preferred) • Prior field sales experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome • Must own a smartphone • Ability to travel across assigned regions Contract & Compensation • Role Type: Contract / Performance-Based • Compensation will be based on successful conversions and sales achieved • Incentives & bonuses applicable on achieving monthly performance milestones • Flexible working hours based on target achievement Why Work With Us? • High-earning potential with performance-based payouts • Opportunity to learn direct sales, customer handling, and field marketing • Growth opportunity into full-time roles based on performance
