PTE Trainer

Job Title: PTE & TOEFL English Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PTE & TOEFL English Trainer to deliver effective test-preparation training to students aiming to achieve high scores on Pearson Test of English (PTE) and TOEFL iBT. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classes, evaluating student progress, creating study materials, and guiding students to meet their target scores.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Instruction

• Conduct high-quality PTE and TOEFL training sessions (online/offline).
• Teach all modules: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
• Deliver interactive lessons focused on exam strategies, skills development, and test-taking techniques.
• Provide personalized coaching to students based on individual strengths and weaknesses.

Student Assessment & Feedback

• Assess student performance through mock tests, assignments, and practice sessions.
• Provide detailed feedback to help students improve accuracy, fluency, and confidence.
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Content & Curriculum Development

• Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, worksheets, and mock tests.
• Update content regularly based on the latest exam formats and scoring criteria.
• Ensure all study materials align with PTE and TOEFL standards.

Classroom & Batch Management

• Manage batches effectively and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
• Maintain discipline, attendance records, and batch performance reports.
• Support the academic team in scheduling classes and coordinating test prep activities.

Student Guidance & Support

• Counsel students on exam patterns, registration processes, and preparation timelines.
• Motivate learners and help them set realistic score goals.
• Address student queries related to exam techniques and preparation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as a PTE/TOEFL trainer (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PTE & TOEFL exam patterns and scoring rubrics.
• Ability to analyze student errors and provide corrective feedback.
• Proficient in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.).
• Patience, clarity in teaching, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA.
• High personal PTE or TOEFL score.
• Experience teaching international students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,240.85 - ₹48,882.56 per month
