Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive based in Bada Barabil. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various human resources functions. Daily tasks will include handling administrative duties, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies development Proficiency in various Human Resources (HR) functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
