As an Inspection Engineer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Able to identify raw materials and correlate traceability with mill certificates. - Capable of witnessing laboratory tests such as Mechanical, Chemical, and Hardness tests. - Proficient in thoroughly inspecting Groove Welding and Fillet Welding, and familiar with all welding gauges and instruments. - Skilled in checking individual structures or machined items. - Experienced in checking Leveling, Control Assembly Dimension of Members. - Possessing a minimum NDT Level-II certification and able to witness VT, PT, MT, UT & RT tests respectively. - Capable of verifying welding procedure and qualification records. - Competent in inspecting machined components using Vernier caliper, micrometers, and bore dials. - Proficient in checking geometrical tolerances on machine beds. - Knowledgeable in the assembly of mechanical equipment such as Bearing assembly, Gear Assembly, Cylinder Assembly, etc. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 8 months of experience in precision machined components with Structural fabrication or welding knowledge. - Preferably 5 years of experience in precision machined components with Structural fabrication. Please note that this is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 8-12 months. The work location is in person at Yamunanagar, Haryana. You should be willing to reliably commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package if required.,
