About Us

ProBits Technologies is a Bangalore-based company focused on building intelligent training systems for modern organizations. We work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to create impactful, behavior-driven learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods.

We are currently hiring a Research Intern who’s excited to explore how learning, behavior, and human motivation shape workplace success. A background in psychology or behavioral research is preferred, but not mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research on behavioral science, adult learning, and workplace motivation
• Analyze global trends in L&D and translate research into actionable insights
• Collaborate with our product and content teams to design better learner experiences
• Help develop psychology-informed models and frameworks for corporate training
• Present findings in simplified, creative, and strategic formats

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or completed degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human-Centered Design, or any research-oriented field
• Interest in workplace learning, behavior, and growth
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and synthesize complex ideas
• Bonus: Familiarity with instructional design, learning theory, or L&D tools
