This is a full-time, entry-level position offering structured training, client-facing exposure, and growth in sales and marketing. Responsibilities Conduct client outreach through cold and warm calling . Generate and qualify leads in the Learning & Development domain . Build and manage B2B sales pipelines using CRM tools. Assist with digital marketing activities (LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, etc.). Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients. Participate in webinars, sales meetings, and marketing events. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
