You will be joining the Zariyaa team as a Zen expert, responsible for overseeing the Zen Garden, a space dedicated to helping individuals relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. Your primary focus will be on managing the Mindfulness Room to create a stress-free and harmonious atmosphere for our client's employees. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience. - Maintain the peaceful ambience of the Mindfulness Room throughout the day - Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and enforce rules for a respectful environment - Guide individuals through mindfulness activities and address any queries related to the room - Gather feedback from users to enhance their experience and provide valuable insights to our client/Zariyaa - Strong communication skills and empathy - Passion for wellness and mindfulness - Master's degree in psychology - Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere and calm demeanor while interacting with users This full-time position at Zariyaa offers benefits such as health insurance and a performance bonus.
