Job responsibilities of Wellness leads to be deployed at MOC. Take charge of emotional wellness conversations of patients and care givers there by become an integral part of holistic treatment process. Build rapport full of empathy with IPD, OPD and cured patients still on treatment protocol as well as their care givers. Conduct process driven periodic conversations focused on their emotional wellbeing and work with them to design definite micro-actions so that they can lead a more meaningful life while the treatment is going on.
