This full-time, on-site role based at our state-of-the-art facility in Gurgaon will position you at the forefront of delivering holistic mental health care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with diverse psychiatric conditions. Your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed psychiatric assessments and evaluations, providing individual and group therapy sessions, prescribing and managing medications, collaborating with clinical psychologists, social workers, and therapists to develop individualized treatment plans, participating in clinical supervision, case discussions, and training programs, and supporting the overall well-being and recovery journey of our clients with empathy and professionalism. To qualify for this role, you must hold an MBBS from a recognized institution and an MD/DNB in Psychiatry (Freshers are encouraged to apply). Additionally, you should possess a valid license to practice Psychiatry in India, strong diagnostic abilities, familiarity with evidence-based interventions, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach, and a willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
