Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, located in Delhi. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the social media handles, supporting marketing campaigns, executing growth initiatives, and contributing to brand development. The role will involve working closely with the leadership and the sales team to drive business growth. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential for this role. 📢 Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute daily posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube Create engaging social media content, captions, reels, and stories Maintain brand communication, voice, and consistency across channels Monitor analytics, insights, and engagement reports to track performance Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices 🔹 Requirements: 1+ year of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand/agency Strong skills in copywriting, content writing, and storytelling Knowledgeable in Sales and Marketing strategies Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred 💰 Salary: 2.4 LPA If you’re a creative social media professional who loves driving engagement and brand growth, we’d love to connect!
