Opening For Customer Service Executive ahmedabad 0 - 3 years INR 1.25 - 3.75 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Shipment Coordination Handle import and export documentation for air, ocean, and road shipments. Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, CFSs, and agents for smooth cargo movement. Monitor and track shipments, providing timely status updates to clients. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Delivery Order. Ensure compliance with country-specific customs regulations and use of correct HS codes and INCOTERMS. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Resolve customer issues, handle complaints, and escalate complex problems when required. Maintain regular communication to ensure high customer satisfaction. Quotations & Pricing Coordinate with internal pricing or sales teams to provide accurate freight quotations. Assist in rate negotiations and proposal preparation for new or recurring clients. System Management & Reporting Maintain accurate shipment data in logistics software or Transport Management Systems (TMS). Generate reports on shipment status, delays, and customer feedback. Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric attitude with the ability to multitask. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
