Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PSC Incharge located in Surajkund Faridabad. The PSC Incharge will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the Patient Service Center (PSC), ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient workflow. The role involves managing Phlebotomy services, coordinating patient appointments, overseeing sample collection processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The PSC Incharge will also liaise with healthcare providers, manage records, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the center. Psc incharge shall be responsible for cash collections along with up selling to patients.
